JuggleLess wasn't built in a startup incubator. It was born from real parenting chaos and a determination to fix it.
As a proud mom, I wanted to encourage my son's interests. Scouts, baseball, swimming, tennis, music... he was into all of it. My husband and I tried to share the load (he was even a Scout leader), but between my job leading engineering teams around the world and constant travel, the coordination was crushing us. Coach schedules buried in my inbox. Missing permission slips. Receipts for summer camps that I knew (I knew) I could claim on our FSA but could never find at tax time. Login credentials scattered across a dozen team apps I'd forget existed until I needed them.
"I remember that day we were at my son's baseball game in the rain after work. The kids were soaked. At the end of the game, I just realized... It was my turn to bring snacks and I forgot. The kids were so sad and upset."
The moment I knew I had to build something better
That moment stuck with me. And when I finally had the time to build something for myself, I knew exactly what it had to be.
I tried everything first. Apps that only worked for one sport. Calendars that required me to type everything in myself. Spreadsheets that my husband and I could never keep in sync. Nothing actually solved the problem.
So I started building what I wished existed. Something simple: forward the emails already flooding your inbox, and let everything organize itself. The schedule. The expenses. The permission slips. The "who's picking up?" question that used to start arguments.
I'm still building it. Still using it with my own family. Still finding things that drive me crazy and fixing them.
And after 20 years building secure systems for enterprise and startup clients, I'm building this one right. Your family's information will never be sold. Never used to train AI. Never monetized. That's not a feature. It's a promise.
If you're drowning in the same chaos I was, you're not alone. That's why I'm building JuggleLess.
Every feature in JuggleLess solves a real problem I dealt with personally.
Practice schedules buried in my inbox. Coach emails I'd read but forget to act on. Information scattered across a dozen threads.
Every April I'd scramble for camp receipts, knowing I was leaving hundreds of dollars on the table. FSA money just... gone.
Soccer in one app. Scouts in another. School in a third. Nothing talked to each other. Conflicts discovered at the worst times.
"Did the Johnsons pay us back for the tournament hotel?" I never knew who owed what, and asking felt weird.
Every "free" app wanted my kids' data. I didn't trust any of them. What were they doing with our information?
Between work and kids, who has time to manually enter events? I needed something that just... worked.
The principles that guide every decision we make.
If it requires manual data entry, it's broken. Everything should be automatic, smart, and seamless.
No selling to advertisers. No training AI on your family. No dark patterns. We make money from subscriptions, not your information.
JuggleLess finds $500-2,000/year in FSA/HSA reimbursements. A $7.99/mo or $59.99/yr subscription that saves you hundreds isn't an expense. It's an investment.
Divorced parents sharing custody. Grandparents helping with pickups. Multiple kids in multiple activities. Real families are complicated. Our app handles it.
20+ years building secure systems for Fortune 500 companies and startups. Now building the family app she always needed.
