How do I sync JuggleLess with my calendar?

Go to Settings > Calendar Sync in the JuggleLess app. Tap "Apple Calendar" to subscribe instantly, or tap "Copy URL" to paste the feed link into Google Calendar, Outlook, Skylight, or any calendar app that supports iCal subscriptions. Events sync automatically — no manual updates needed.

Apple Calendar

Open JuggleLess and go to Settings > Calendar Sync

Tap "Apple Calendar" — your Calendar app will open with a subscribe prompt

Google Calendar

Open JuggleLess and go to Settings > Calendar Sync

Tap "Google Calendar" — the feed URL is copied to your clipboard

Google Calendar opens. Go to "Other calendars" > "From URL"

Paste the URL and click "Add calendar"

Outlook

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams uses your Outlook calendar — add the subscription there first (see Outlook steps above)

Common Questions

How often does it sync?

JuggleLess keeps the feed updated in real time. Your calendar app checks for changes periodically — Apple Calendar every few hours, Google Calendar roughly every 12–24 hours. You can force a refresh by removing and re-adding the subscription.

Can I edit events from my calendar app?

No — this is a one-way, read-only subscription. To edit events, use the JuggleLess app. Changes you make there will sync to your calendar automatically.

Will it show who's assigned to each event?

Yes! Each event includes the kid's name, activity, location, and any notes. The event title shows the format "[Kid Name] Event Title" so you can see at a glance.

Can each parent have their own subscription?

Yes. Every family member with access to JuggleLess can subscribe from their own device. Everyone shares the same feed URL, so you'll all see the same events.

What if I need to disconnect or reset the link?

Go to Settings > Calendar Sync and tap "Regenerate URL". This creates a new link and disconnects anyone using the old one. You'll need to re-subscribe with the new URL.

Does it work with Cozi, FamCal, or TimeTree?

Any calendar app that supports iCal/ICS subscriptions will work. Check your app's settings for "Subscribe to calendar" or "Add by URL". If it supports it, just paste the JuggleLess URL.
